I had the opportunity to learn much more than I knew before I started, Especially tips to relax.

I think the Pilgrims Hospice organisation is fantastic. The work they do in all services is amazing.

I found talking to my counsellor very helpful, inasmuch as she helped me to understand many of the negative emotions I had been experiencing and reconcile my thoughts to help me adjust to bereavement. I wasn't sure what to expect and at times the process was difficult, but Chris showed great empathy to me.
